Important CNCH 2022 Reservations Update
If you have made your Marriott hotel reservation for CNCH 2022, thank you!! You are really helping with the planning effort by reserving your room.
However, the hotel automatically signed us up for 5 nights, not 3. If you just clicked the reservation button (as I did) you are set to stay from Wednesday through Monday!
Of course you would be able to change this as the date approaches, but changing it now will greatly help our conference planners.
Please read the following instructions for fixing your reservation, from CNCH co-chair Bob Darchi:
We need to make some corrections on reservations you may have already made for our 2022 conference. When you opened the link for reservations you will see dates on the left hand side. You need to enter the dates you actually want before you click the button that says, “check availability.”
Our conference begins with onsite registration and a welcome reception on Thursday, May 19. It ends at lunch time on Sunday, May 22. We are also holding rooms on Wednesday for anyone who needs to arrive early for set up. We are also holding rooms on Sunday night for people who need to stay an extra night. If you click the check availability button before entering your dates the system will automatically book you for all five nights.
If you accidently booked all five nights but you really only need three or four, please send an email to bobdarchi@yahoo.com letting him know what you booked and what you really need. Bob will work with the hotel to correct your booking.
Please advise Bob by April 25.
