CNCH 2025 Gallery Entry Form
Entry is open to registrants of CNCH 2025 and members of CNCH guilds. Each person is limited to one item in any category due to limited size of venue display area. People’s Choice will be awarded in each category.
DEADLINE:
Forms, photo and fees for each entry must be postmarked March 1st, 2025. No late entries will be accepted. A colored photograph must accompany the entry. See general information regarding delivery & pick-up of items.
Entry Fee: $5 check made payable to CNCH.
