6 hour workshop: Friday 1-4, Saturday 9-12
This workshop will introduce you to the ancient process of wet felting. The basic seamless technique taught in the class can be used to make everything from purses to vests. The same template used to make the purse can be used to make a very artful vessel, using bouclé yarn and Bombay silk to “paint” the wool. It’s color play while learning what felt is all about.

Materials Fee: $37.50 includes wool for the project, detailed instructions and templates.
Students to Bring: an old towel, a dishpan and hand soap (motel soap works great) Optional: Bouclé and mohair yarn bits for embellishment.
