Volunteering at CNCH 2020

Need further inspiration? Volunteer to be a class angel and you’ll get a firsthand look! Your commitment of three hours where you can help an instructor and get the chance to meet people from other guilds or even get to know someone from your own guild better!

Want a behind the scenes look at how the conference operates? We have additional volunteer shifts available throughout the conference from assisting at the Registration Desk, Goody Bag distribution, Marketplace, Galleries, Fashion Shows, etc.

The table below lists the volunteers needed for each day of CNCH 2020. It does not include Angels for workshops and classes. All our organizers have a core team in place but need additional help. Please click on the tabs (bottom of the table) to see the available shifts for each volunteer opportunity.

To sign up: please fill out the form with your interest. Send your name, email, guild name and what opportunity and shift you wish to sign up for. If you can, please include your cell phone number. For example:
